COVID-19 Update: 10.21.20

Clients:


The safety of our clients and our staff continues to be one of our biggest concerns as our winter residents return to the community.  As of September 25, 2020, Governor DeSantis has moved to Phase 3 of reopening Florida. While this new order allows restaurants, gyms and other aspects of life to fully reopen, the state and CDC are still recommending we take COVID-19 precautions such as physical distancing, wearing masks, washing hands, etc.


The management office remains closed to the public. We continue to have staff routinely driving through and visiting your communities to observe and report maintenance or other issues that may arise. If you need to submit anything to the management office, please email or fax those items. If you are unable to email or fax those items, you can mail them or use the drop box at the front door of our office.


Please look to your specific association website or email communications for information regarding upcoming board meetings and necessary updates. We will continue doing meetings remotely via Zoom for the foreseeable future.
